PROOF by Themis · A product in development

Your story.
Your evidence.
Your control.

PROOF is Themis's vision for a survivor-centered place to document experiences of abuse, organize related records and make choices about what comes next—without pressure to report.

This is a product concept, not a verified evidence vault. It cannot guarantee concealment or safety on a monitored or compromised device.

The product vision

A record at your pace.
A next step of your choosing.

The planned scope includes emotional, physical, sexual and financial abuse, stalking and coercive control. Custody and family-court documentation is a focused use case, including exchanges, parenting time and children affected by incidents.

“I am not ready to report.”

You do not have to be. The product vision is to let someone document at their own pace, skip questions and return later. These journal features are still planned.

01

Write what you choose, in your own words.

A planned incident journal would let you note a date or approximate time, what you experienced, who was involved, and what you directly observed. Questions should be optional, with room to pause and return. The concept includes sexual abuse, assault and coercion without asking anyone to report.

02

Bring related records together.

A planned evidence library would help organize photos, messages, documents and medical records alongside an account. Secure storage, unchanged originals, integrity checks and edit history are design goals—not verified features available today.

03

See a timeline. Choose what to share.

Planned timelines could connect entries and related files over time, including custody exchanges, parenting-time interference and incidents affecting children. Sharing is intended to stay survivor-directed; automatic sharing is not part of this concept. Export and access controls are still in development.

Privacy is a requirement.
Not a claim of what exists today.

Encryption, careful account recovery, minimal data collection and independent security testing are important design goals. They are not verified protections available through this product concept today. Review with survivor advocates, forensic specialists and attorneys is needed before launch.
